Appointments and Booking T&C's
Thank you if you have booked or are planning on booking an appointment with Hatty's Beauty Retreat! Please take into consideration the following.
When booking your appointment you will be required to pay a non refundable or transferable deposit. Please note that the deposit cannot be transferred to another appointment date if you wish to cancel your booking. If a deposit has not been paid within 24 hours of requesting the appointment, we will presume that the appointment is no longer needed and therefore will not be booked in the diary. We accept deposits via bank transfer or cash.
The same policy stands for bridal bookings, prom bookings, facial and beauty bookings.
When bank transfering a deposit PLEASE STATE THE DATE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AND THE TIME AS REFERENCE. ONCE SENT PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WHICH PAYMENT METHOD. WITHOUT I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK AND CONFIRM.
